We are thrilled to launch a new ministry of Youth for Christ right here in Tampa Bay, serving the 11-19-year-olds across Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties. In this region, over 280,000 young people are navigating life’s challenges. At Youth for Christ, we know that teens are searching for purpose and identity. The problem is that today’s youth are growing up in an overly connected digital world that is disconnected from genuine relationships and, ultimately, God. This has resulted in a growing trend away from the church and an increase in anxiety, a sense of hopelessness, and isolation. Teens need genuine connection and to feel secure in knowing someone loves them unconditionally. We know they are hurting. For over 75 years, Youth for Christ across the nation has stepped into the world of teens who need to hear the message of Christ. We do this by:

• Going where teens are

• Building authentic Christ-sharing relationships and naturally sharing the hope of Christ,

• Raising up future leaders and lifelong followers of Christ.

It takes collaboration and involvement from passionate adults to make this happen. We invite you to engage in the mission of YFC so that youth can enter into Christ-sharing relationships with godly adults in their community and become lifelong followers of Jesus.

*West Michigan YFC is currently the YFC Chapter helping to support the Tampa Launch in these early months of the process. They will be helping to process donations, aid in communication, etc.
