MISSION
YFC is a movement that reaches young people everywhere with the hope of Christ. We work with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement.
Drew Grubbs
Leadership
Drew Grubbs has served in student ministry since 1986. He has served a number of para church organizations including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Youth for Christ, and Child Evangelism Fellowship.
He has also served in the local church for over three decades, most of that time as a student pastor.
Drew has a huge passion for seeing young people come into a direct encounter with Jesus Christ and has dedicated his life to the advancement of evangelistically focused student ministries.
Drew has been married to his wife Missy for 34 years and has four sons, two daughter-in-laws, and a granddaughter.
Three of his sons serve in ministry and one serves the county as US Marine.
Since 1944, we’ve been meeting 11-19 year olds in pivotal moments, introducing them to the hope of Christ.
From holding rallies with Billy Graham in the 40’s, to entering campuses to reach students in the 60’s, to now empowering community leaders to build meaningful relationships with young people everywhere—it’s our aim to walk with young people through their story, and to be the friend and mentor that we’ve longed for ourselves. When we welcome God into a pivotal moment, we invite Him to uncover His story of Hope in our lives, and to give life to our story.
